How to Control Weight After Getting Married With Ease

Weight loss is good, life and healthy especially if you are overweight and if you are getting older in age. There is 50% tendency that average men and women get fat after they get married due to kind of food, lack of exercise, intimacy and others.

Marriage is a beautiful thing for those who took their time to get the best husband or wife but there is something that do occur mostly in marriage and it is called weight gain. I am writing on how to control weight gain after marriage with ease, many people see this a serious issue and i am going to write on different ways and things to do so as to maintain weight during or after marriage.


Unless the marriage is full of problems but if the marriage is good, lively and things seems to be rosy, the man or woman will start increasing in size without knowing how to control their weight but the weight loss tips and ideas below will help you control your weight to make you stay healthy and fit. You can control your weight through the following ways which includes;

1. Ensure You Eat Less Carbohydrate: Its a common thing for anyone in marriage to experience weight gain shortly after marriage or in marriage because of eating too much of carbohydrates. I noticed that couples or newly married people tends to
 add more weight because of too much of feeding too much on carbohydrate rich food such as rice, yam, coco yam, bread, and many more. 

Carbohydrate gives energy but when it consumed excessively, the carbohydrate may be stored as glycogen instead of starch and this may cause weight gain. If you want to maintain a steady weight, eat less of food containing carbohydrates or you regulate it week in or week out and you will control your weight with ease and without stress.

2. You Need More Exercise: I do believe that the best way to control weight after marriage with ease is no other way than to exercise your body. Most couples or married people say they need to fix a lot of things, they need to go to work, they need to go for shopping and all these won't give them time to exercise their body. 

Exercising or workouts such as skipping, swimming, cycling, running, jogging, walking etc all helps to ensure blood are pumped and circulated round the body in the correct manner which helps to maintain and control weight during marriage between both partners. You can find time to walk instead of going out with cars, you can also engaged in early morning exercises like walking or running to stay fit and slim.

Avoid Late Night Food: I noticed that one of the reasons and factors that causes excess weight gain in women and men which makes them lose their shape after marriage is that many of these women/ladies do eat at nights. While many men will come late to eat at odd hours and after a while they start adding fat and belly begins to protrude. 


And they say they are gaining weight which they find it difficult to she not knowing that the late night food is a factor that caused that. And the best thing to do in this situation is to eat early and the food get digested before bed, this will not make them gain weight.

4. Too Much Hard work: Another easy way to control weight gain in after marriage or in marriage is no other thing than hard work. Working overnight, skipping sleep, lack of rest all these add together and it reduce the body rate of metabolism. 


Instead of the man or woman to lose or maintain a steady weight, such person will just be gaining more fat which is not healthy. To stay healthy and maintain your weight after marriage, you need to have some rest, reduce stress and take things easy.

5. Some Birth Pills : This affect mostly women after childbirth. Many beautiful and nice shaped ladies will complain of losing their shape and getting fat forgetting that childbearing can also make them go big and fat through the birth control pills they take. It depends on the body and the side effect of some birth control pills can be terribly bad in that it add weight to some people. In this situation, you can maintain your weight as a married woman by consulting your doctor or family planning expert to recommend and test you for the kind of contraception that is good for you without a side effect. This will prevent unnecessary side effect like adding weight while on a birth control pills.


6. Excess Sugar: You may not be able to control your weight if you like sugar or sugary drinks. Sugar gives energy but when you eat in excess like you drink more bottles of soft drink a day which contains high amount of sugar, you may be doing yourself a whole lot of harm and you gain weight. 

Sugars when in excess are stored as glycogen which is a fat component but when you limit it by drinking more water and shunning sugar, you will stay healthy and your wife or husband won't complain of you getting fat or adding more weight.  So, to get rid of these fat in your body the easy method, cut down on sugar intake.

7. Avoid Fatty Foods: To maintain or control your weight after marriage the easy way, you need to do away with fatty foods like you use to eat when you were much younger. Fatty foods especially food fried with animal fat do add extra fat to the body and they reduce the body metabolism rate. Cakes, snacks like doughnuts, egg roll, meat pie, fried rice, fried chicken etc can make you grow fat but when you eat less of these food, you stay fit and healthy.

8. Some Cardio Exercise: If you are finding it difficult to lose weight, why not try some cardio which works fast and easy. If you ask any dietician, nutritionist, doctor or any medical expert that what can i do to reduce my weight or control my weight in marriage easily, the first thing these expert will tell you is to do some cardio exercise. 

Cardio exercise are exercise that will make you breath faster like running, running, football, hurdles, swimming, skipping and many more. Cardio exercise helps the heart and also very active in reducing weight and also control it. You may not do these cardio exercise everyday but on weekends, during holidays or at your free time once in a while.


9. More Fruits/Fibre Foods: Fresh couples or old couples are advised to eat more fiber foods to obtain a reasonable weight level. Fiber foods contains high amount of fiber and water and it is mostly recommended for husbands or wife who want to lose weight, control their weight or maintain a good health state. These crops includes garden egg, cucumber, watermelon, orange, cabbage, nuts, mango and many more. 

Many fiber crops are fruits which also contains high amount of vitamins and minerals that improves the health, which helps to fight diseases in the body and still helps in weight loss or people who want to maintain their weight and its as easy as anything.
 
In Conclusion, the ideas or tips discussed above are very good and healthy for maintaining weight in marriage or after marriage with ease. Although some couples may prefer not to lose weight but to just control their weight but you must consult your doctor if otherwise but to control your weight as a wife or husband is really paramount and healthy as discussed above.   1. i noticed most married women do get fat after a period of time in marriage due to foods just like my wife. But i will give her this advice to lose weight even in marriage
